Editorial Standards

How WordSearchDen’s puzzles and guides are made, checked and corrected.

What we publish

WordSearchDen publishes three kinds of content: word search puzzles, hands-on puzzle tools (the maker and hangman), and short guides about word searches — their history and solving technique.

How everything is checked

Puzzles are generated by our own engine from word lists we curate by hand, then reviewed before publishing — checking spellings, age-appropriateness and grid quality. Guides cite documented sources for factual claims, and we correct genuine errors as quickly as we can.

Independence & advertising

The site may display programmatic advertising to keep the puzzles free. Advertisers have no say in what we publish, and we do not accept sponsored puzzles or paid placements in guides.

Corrections

Spotted a wrong word, a typo or something that should not be there? Tell us — include the page address and a screenshot if you can. Every report is read, and real mistakes get fixed.
