What to include

If you're reporting a puzzle issue, it helps to mention which page you were on and what went wrong — for example, a word that wouldn't select, or a puzzle that looked cut off when printed. If you're suggesting a new theme or seasonal puzzle, feel free to include a rough word list; we read every message even if we can't reply to all of them individually.

Response time

We're a small team, so replies aren't instant, but we do read every message that comes in. Bug reports and puzzle issues tend to get looked at first, since those affect other visitors too — feature suggestions and theme requests get read and considered, even if we can't reply to each one individually.
